What services do Arissta3D provides?
At Arissta 3D, we provide 3D printing services for engineering, automotive, architecture, medical and FMGC companies. We also have partnered with Hexagon Software to provide world class CAD/CAM solutions at a very competitive pricing. For more details you can contact our team.
Can I order sample material before proceeding with batch order?
Currently, we do not have such options, however, you can make single piece order to check for quality of our products.
How can be 3D printing be beneficial for my business?
3D printing can make your business more profitable and improve productivity of your business due to following reasons.

For any order, we accept minimum order of 1 Unit.

What are the payment options available?
We offer payment options such as PAYPAL or bank transfer when you reach CHECK-OUT page.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in INR, USD, EUR and many more. If you have any queries related to preferred mode of currency, please contact our team, we are always there for help.
Can I get product delivered at Special Economic Zone (SEZ)?
Of Course, we deliver 3D printing products at Special Economic Zone. However, you need to place special order through our customer service.
My order has still not delivered. What should I do?
Orders can take up to 2 weeks to get delivered. If your order delivery date has passed above 2-week time then, please get in touch with customer care team at earliest.
Does product delivered are insured?
Yes, all our shipments are insured.
Can my packages be tracked once they are shipped out?
Of Course, once your shipment leaves our facility a tracking number is generated which can be accessed through email that is simultaneously send to you for the same purpose.
Can I fast track my product delivery?
Yes, we provide fast tracking services. However, you need to check it on your order placement page.
Do you provide international shipping facility?
Yes, we provide global shipment of 3D printed products.
Pricing
What is a mesh error and how can I repair it?
We have automatic file repairing and analyzing tool which generate 97% success rate. However, if it fails to repair the file, you might face mesh fixing error. If you want to proceed with such file, you have to send order manually through email.
Can I include multiple parts in a single build such as earrings pair?
Unfortunately, we only allow single piece in a single print. Since we print every file separately, each part is considered as a solo file. Therefore, if there are multiple parts in a project, we consider each part as separate entity. Such decisions help us remain sustainable in our business.
Do I get discount on batch orders?
Of Course, we would love to provide discount on batch orders. As production cost decreases with higher volume, we would love to pass on its effect to our customers. The production cost varies depending on material and design beside volume. For orders more than 100 units, you can reach out to our customer service team.
How do I get custom quote?
Getting custom quote is very simple process for any beginner. First register yourself on website and then login. Go to upload file section and upload STL or [.obj], [.3ds], [.ply], [.amf], [.slc]. For orders above 100 units, you can get custom quote by contacting our team.
How does pricing works?
Our pricing depends on unit, with all set-up costs built into cost. Depending on complexity, material, part volume and finish type, price of unit changes.
Production
What if I am unhappy with my order?
Our utmost aim is generating 100% satisfaction for our customers. In any case, if you are unhappy with delivered order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We can offer several resolutions to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.
How can I check status of my order?
You can check latest status of each product on My Order Page. You need to sign in and click on my order at bottom to check status of your order.
Which technologies or processes do you use for 3D Printing?
At Arissta 3D, we use SLA, SLS machines for high precision orders as well as we have FDM machines to create lower precision orders.
How can I order if part sizes are bigger than your platform size?
If you have understanding to cut a design in two parts, you can cut design in two parts and upload these two designs individually on website. However, if you do not know how to cut design in two parts then our customer service team is always there to help.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured at Pune where we maintain the confidentiality of your designs.
What kind of materials do you work with?
We offer range of basic, semi-precious as well as precious metal alloys as well as non-metals based on order. For more information, you can contact customer service team.
Intellectual Property
How long do you keep my design information?
We keep the design information in our database till the completion of project. All project designs are stored in your account page which can be deleted by you with a single click.
How do you ensure that my intellectual properties are not stolen?
We segregate data of each customer in our secured servers so that no scenario of intellectual property theft arises. All our printing is conducted in-house to prevent vendors from getting access to original files. In addition, all vendors are local vendors.
Do I retain intellectual property rights for my designs?
Absolutely, all intellectual property rights related to your designs including CAD designs remains with you. We utmost believe in design secrecy and therefore would never reproduce your work without any permission or share photographs of such products.
